SERVICE DESCRIPTION
A typical initial estate planning consultation will take approximately 30-60 minutes. After your estate planning documents are prepared, a second appointment will be scheduled to review, sign, and notarize your documents. The goal is to make the estate planning process as quick and painless as possible.
FEES
Flat, fixed fees are charged for each completed document with no additional hourly fees for typical estate planning. Initial consultation and document review are free of charge. Hourly fees will be charged for all legal services unrelated to estate planning. Fees are due upon completion of service.
